A certified menopause fitness coach and a midlife woman who’s been right where you are.

When I turned 40, it felt like my body changed overnight. I gained belly fat out of nowhere, I was exhausted no matter how much I slept, and my emotions were on a full-on roller coaster. I remember thinking, What is happening to me?
